Gary T. Denslow, M.D., M.P.H., Retired

Dr. Gary T. Denslow, M.D., M.P.H., was a Pediatric Ophthalmologist in Tulsa for over 30 years. Dr. Denslow received his B.S. at Michigan State University and went on to complete his Medical Degree at the University of Kentucky. He completed his medical internship at the University of Iowa and his Ophthalmology training at the University of Kentucky, where he was Chief Resident. He completed his education with a Fellowship in Pediatric Ophthalmology at Harvard Medical School, Children's Hospital Boston.

Dr. Denslow is a Fellow in the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) as well as the American Academy of Ophthalmology (AAO). He is also a member of the American Medical Association (AMA), the American Association for Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus (AAPOS), and the Tulsa County Medical Society.

Dr. Denslow, known to many as "Dr. D," specialized in Pediatric Ophthalmology and adult Strabismus. He is a board certified Ophthalmologist.

Scott S. Sadeghi, D.O.

Dr. Scott S. Sadeghi graduated from Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his internship and ophthalmology residency at Chicago Osteopathic Hospitals. He went on to complete a two year fellowship in pediatric ophthalmology and adult strabismus at Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles, Doheny Eye Institute University Of Southern California Keck School of Medicine.

After completion of his training, Dr. Sadeghi returned to his home state of Oklahoma where he has practiced in Tulsa since 2001.

Dr. Sadeghi is currently an adjunct clinical assistant professor of surgery at Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences and teaching physician for pediatric ophthalmology and residents in pediatric and adolescent medicine. He is also involved in teaching residents affiliated with University of Oklahoma College of Medicine in Tulsa.

Dr. Sadeghi is currently a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology (AAO), American Osteopathic Colleges of Ophthalmology & Otorhinolaryngology (AOCOO), and the American Osteopathic Association (AOA).

Anika Tandon, M.D.

Anika Tandon, M.D., joined our practice in September 2014. She received her medical degree at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Medicine in 2009 and spent her Ophthalmology Residency at Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. Dr. Tandon received the Leonard Apt Fellow Scholarship at UCLA where she completed her Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus Fellowship in July 2014. She completed a second fellowship in neuro ophthalmology at Weill Cornell Medical College/New York Presbyterian Hospital in New York City in July 2019. Dr. Tandon is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus and the American Academy of Ophthalmology.

John R. Diver, O.D.

Dr. Diver joined our practice in October 2015. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry at the University of Oklahoma in 2008. Dr. Diver received his Doctor of Optometry degree from the New England College of Optometry in Boston, Massachusetts in 2012. Dr. Diver was the recipient of a Presidential Scholarship during his four years of Optometric studies as well as receiving multiple clinical honors. He has been a member of the Oklahoma Association of Optometric Physicians since 2012.

Megan Schmoker, O.D.

Dr. Schmoker is a recent graduate of Northeastern State University, Oklahoma College of Optometry, and joined our practice in August 2016. She received her B.S. in Organismic Biology from Northeastern State University in 2012. Dr. Schmoker did her externship training at both Oklahoma Medical Eye Group and nJoy Vision Tulsa. Megan is a member of the American Optometric Association.

Hailey Mitchell, O.D.

Dr. Mitchell is a recent graduate of Northeastern State University Oklahoma College of Optometry, and joined our practice in August 2022. She received her B.S. in Biological Science from Oklahoma State University in 2016. Dr. Mitchell did her externship training at Harrel Eyecare. Dr. Mitchell is a member of the American Optometric Association.

Stephanie Fulton, O.D.​

Dr. Fulton joined our practice in October 2022. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Microbiology at Oklahoma State University. She then received her Doctorate of Optometry from Northeastern State University Oklahoma College of Optometry, where she was a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa honor society. Dr. Fulton did her externship training at Oklahoma Medical Eye Group and is a member of the Oklahoma Association of Optometric Physicians.
