Such as:
Practicing social distancing
Temperature taken upon arrival to appointment
We ask:
that you wear mask at your appointment
Children Patients: be accompanied by one parent and no siblings
(the adult is not sick or have had a fever in the past 24 hrs.
when possible, you do not bring other children with you)
prior to arrival, tell us if you or the child has had a known exposure to COVID-19.
Adult patients: patient only

Sanitizing the lobby around the clock
Stage Seating 6ft away in lobby
Wearing our PPE
